Kerry Hamer is a qualified personal growth and career leadership coach.
Kerry holds qualifications in coaching from Fire Up, a Registered Australian Training Organisation, in Certificate IV in Business and Professional Coaching and a Diploma of Organisational Leadership, Mentoring and Coaching.
Kerry is trained in and utilises neuro linguistic techniques and strategies.
She is registered with and meets the Standards and Code of Ethics of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), which demonstrates her commitment to continuous development in learning, research and networking.

Kerry’s past career informs her coaching
Kerry has real people experience and holds diverse knowledge and skills, having worked in local and regional government, education, community health and social welfare sectors in management, strategic planning and leadership roles before choosing to become a coach and mentor.
Kerry can proudly state that she is a wife, mother and grandmother and has experienced the need to manage, juggle and integrate her professional and home life.
She has the ability to engage, build and maintain partnerships, networks and support initiatives at local, regional and state levels. She has designed and provided targeted training, forums and conferences and is a capable chairperson and speaker. Kerry has a life membership with Domestic Violence Victoria and has been on several Boards of Governance. She also holds a current police check and working with children’s check.

Kerry listens to what you say and assists you to understand and lead through the process by using strategies, tools and self reflection. Coaching is a great way to help you develop and gain insights about yourself that will help you be more successful.

Working with victim-survivors of family violence is an area of passion for Kerry. Kerry believes coaching is the right approach to empower victim-survivors to transform positively to the life they want. Kerry is committed to providing a supportive process, where you solve your challenges through discussing the options and you select the path forward to the solution. Most people are empowered and inspired during this journey to transform, to take that positive step forward- for you to be the leader.
